Room Hire

Whether it is Dining, Dancing or Debating, the Golf Club is Haywards Heath's own special venue. It has easy access from the town, extensive free parking, a variety of rooms to suit all occassions plus full in-house bar and catering services.

Dining

Our historic 200 year old Barn is the ideal venue for smaller functions, dinners and lunches. Comfortably seating up to 30 it creates a special environment for any event. Dark, rustic timbers, white plaster, mullioned windows and the central feature, an open fireplace

Tables can be set in fours, eights, twelve's or one long trestle. Dressed in Burgundy and Cream with pure white crockery and gleaning glassware the room fits every occasion.

Dancing and Dining

Throw open the Barn doors, clear the tables and roll up the carpet - underneath is a wonderful oak dance floor. Our Lounge becomes a dining space with room for up to 80. Add in a few tables in the Barn and up to 100 diners can be accommodated.

A singer, a live band or a disco provides the music. Lights and decoration provide the colour and the environment. The people, your guests, provide the noise, the laughter and the atmosphere.

Debating

The Golf Club is not all play. Committees, Groups, Clubs, Teams and Businesses can find the right sized room for their meetings. Our Committee Room with its central Board table can seat up to 14. Refreshments, Breakfasts and Lunches can be served in this the most private of our rooms.

For larger groups our Barn Dining Room can be set up with theatre style seating and blackouts to create a space for uninterrupted demonstrations and debates. For larger gatherings, such as General Meetings to an audience of 100 or more, then our Lounge makes a comfortable, versatile and functional space.

Our Chefs and the in-house catering team offer a range of packages combining refreshments, meals and room hire.
