Golf:

The event is open to all HHGC club members (flexible members will need to use their points, 5 day members will need to pay a green fee) and you will need to have your team of 4 ready for when online entry opens on Wednesday 21st May. The fee of £25 per person will be charged to individual bar cards a week before the event, covering entry to all the team and individual events and competitions, on-course refreshments and prizes.

The golf format this year will be the best 3 stableford scores from your team of 4. However the twist this year will be that each team will have to decide which 6 White tees, which 6 Yellow tees, and which 6 Red tees to use over the course.  All players in your team must tee off the same tee box on each hole. Handicaps will be 95% of your Course Handicap based on the Yellow card using the appropriate ratings for both Men and Ladies.
Your entry fee will also buy each player 2 Mulligans plus 2 Bunker grenades. Mulligans can be used anywhere on the course but do not count towards any NTPs on 7th, 9th, and 10th, or the keep the ball on the green (ball can initially land off the green) on 17th. Bunker grenades allow you to throw the ball out of a bunker instead of playing it but they still count as one shot on your score.
There will also be a putting competition with a twist and a Trackman competition. Plus a few other Mad Hatter surprises!
There will be the usual delicious refreshments at the Edwardson hut.
So an excellent fun day of golf.
